2/3 C. White Syrup
2 C Sugar
2/3 C. Boiling Water
2T Vinegar
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 T. Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
tsp. baking soda
1 C. Raw popcorn, popped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat to boil. Add 2 tsp. cream of tartar, boil to soft crack. Remove from heat and add 2 T butter, 2 tsp vanilla and tsp. baking soda. Pour mixture over popped corn and stir thoroughly with a rubber spatula. Dip hands in a bowl of cold water and form popcorn mixture into balls. Wrap individually in plastic wrap
