Ingredients:  
5 lb. Hen or enough sliced turkey or smoked turkey for 6-8 servings.
1 Can undiluted condensed cream of celery coup plus C. milk
tsp. nutmeg
C. mayonnaise
C. heavy cream, whipped
3 T. sherry
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Large package frozen broccoli
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce and stir in nutmeg or heat soup plus milk and nutmeg. Combine with mayonnaise, whipped cream, sherry, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook broccoli
Arrange broccoli in large pan. Sprinkle with C. Parmesan cheese. Add chicken slices. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Broil until brown and bubbly.
