1 package dry blue cheese salad dressing mix
1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sour cream and salad dressing mix. Fold into spinach. Pour mixture into a deep 3 cup casserole dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until bubbling hot.
