5 C. torn spinach leaves, stems removed
6 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
C. large pieces walnuts
C. pimento strips
3 T. tarragon wine vinegar
1 T. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
tsp. tarragon
tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chill spinach. Cook bacon until crisp. Removed bacon and drain on paper towel. Measure C bacon drippings and discard remainder. Saute mushrooms and walnuts lightly in heated drippings. Add all remaining ingredients stirring together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over spinach, add bacon and toss until dressing coats spinach.
Serve at once
