2 3-oz packages cream cheese, softened
2 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
2 T. minced celery
1 T. minced onion
Three drops liquid red pepper
1 C. finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses. Blend in celery, onion, and liquid red pepper. Shape into roll about 1 inches in diameter. Roll in nuts. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
Slice and serve with assorted crackers.
