1-2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
4 potatoes, sliced into fries
4 carrots, cut into 1-inch rounds
Catsup
Horseradish
Salt and Pepper
Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off large sections of aluminum foil. Make hamburger patties. Slice onions. Cut potatoes like French fries. Cut carrots into 1-inch pieces, or dice. Place one hamburger patty into each section of aluminum foil, add salt and pepper. Place a mixture of catsup and horseradish (or just catsup) on top of hamburger patties. Place onion slices on top of hamburgers. Add potatoes and carrots and salt and pepper them. Fold aluminum foil and seal edges. Place each foiled meal onto baking sheet and cook at 350-375 degrees for about an hour or until done. Open carefully as steam will escape.
