2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 cup celery diced fine
1/4 cup onion diced fine
Saute onion and celery in 2 tbsp. butter then add:
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules.

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cream or canned evaporated. milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Melt butter in saucepan, then add flour, salt, and pepper. Add broth, milk and cream and stir until thickened.

Combine chicken, onion, celery, bouillon with the sauce. Fill crepes and place, seam side down, in baking pan. Additional sauce may be made or cream of chicken soup may be used to pour over the top of the crepes. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Diced green pepper, mushrooms, peas, pimento, diced green chilies may be added according to your taste.
