1 large head lettuce broken up
6 talks celery sliced
6 green onions sliced
1 green or red pepper thinly sliced
1 pkg frozen peas thawed
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 tbs sugar
1 lb cooked, crumbled bacon
Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 C salad dressing
1 1/2 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Beat salad dressing and mayonnaise together until it is like whipped cream. Layer in a tall bowl 1/2 of each ingredient and sprinkle with half of sugar. Repeat layers and sprinkle with sugar again. Cover completely with dressing mix until edges are sealed. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
