4 T. unsalted butter
1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. light cream or milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate; add other ingredients and whisk. Bring to a boil for about 1 minute while stirring. Let set about 10 - 15 minutes. Keeps up to 3 weeks in a jar in fridge.
