10 fresh jalapenos
8 oz. cream cheese
10 pieces thinly sliced bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds (use gloves when working with jalapenos.) Fill jalapenos w/ cream cheese and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure with a toothpick. Bake at 425 degrees until bacon appears to be done, 15-20 minutes. If you are grilling you can put on the grill.

I have had these and I think they are very good, but I would like to experiment with adding some seasonings in the cream cheese. Maybe a little jalapeno jelly would be good or use it with a dip .
