Cook meat and onions, drain off fat. Add salt, pepper and catsup. Cool.
2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick) 2/3 c. milk
Mix carefully and roll out into a rectangle then top with meat mixture. Roll up and cut in about 1 inch slices. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375º about 20 minutes or until done. Serve with cream of mushroom or tomato soup.
