Soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Slow cook meat, onions, carrots, celery and water for 4-5 hours. When ready to serve, add chestnuts and sprouts, garlic salt and soy sauce. It is a good soup but I like to thicken it with 2 tbs corn starch mixed with 1/4 c water and serve over rice. Good with fried noodles sprinkled over the top.
