2 c. hot water, divided
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all purpose flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, pour 1 c. of water over raisins; let stand 5 minutes. Drain; set raisins aside. In a large saucepan, bring butter, sugar, salt and remaining water to a boil. Add flour all at once; stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat; beat by hand for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until mixture is well blended about 3 minutes. Stir in raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack.

For icing: melt 1 Tbs. butter; stir in 4 or 5 tsp. half and half; 1 c. confectioners' sugar; 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread on buns while still warm.
