1 white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Mix together into a dough and press 2/3 of mixture into the bottom of 9X13 baking pan.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips
cup butter (cut into small cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave milk, chocolate chips and butter for 50 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth, and everything is melted. Pour chocolate mixture on top of batter. Drop remaining dough in small pieces on top.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
