1 1/3 C. sugar
1 1/3 C. brown sugar
2 C. margarine or butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 C. whole wheat flour
2 C. oatmeal
1 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. wheat germ
1/2 C. Roman meal cereal
3 C. white flour
2 tsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugars. Add eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order. Shape into ping pong size balls on cookie sheet. Cook 14-15 minutes in 350-375.
