1 German chocolate cake mix
9 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. milk (warm)
1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 C. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix one German Chocolate Cake mix according to instruction. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 in large cookie sheet. Cool in pan.
Whip cream cheese with warm milk.
Mix puddings and milk together and combine with cream cheese mixture, whip well. Put in frig to set up. When set spread mixture on top of cooled cake. Spread pudding-topped cake with 12 oz. Cool Whip.
