2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
60 milk chocolate candy kisses or white/chocolate striped kisses
1 sm. bag white chocolate melts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over very low heat. Add milk; mix well. Spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, mix flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla. Shape 1 tablespoonful of dough around each candy kiss; cover completely. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes. Cookies will be soft but become firm as they cool. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheet; cool. In double boiler, melt white chocolate. Drizzle over cookies. Yield: 5 dozen.
