2 qt. sliced cucumbers
2/3 c. sliced onions
3 tbsp.salt
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1/2 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp.curry powder
1/4tsp.pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onions and cucumber, sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Next morning drain, wash and place in crock. Make a syrup of vinegar, water, sugar and spices. Pour over pickles and let stand overnight. Then add 1/4 c. sugar to pickles and cook 10 min. Pack in hot sterilized jars. Seal at once.
