1 - 6 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
3/4 cup pretzels (crushed)
1/2 cup butter
2 T. sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Add jello to water and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until it is jelled. Add raspberries and refrigerate to set. Preheat oven to 350. Mix pretzels, butter and 2 T. sugar. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and bake until golden brown. Remove from oven stir and cool. Beat whipping cream, sugar and cream cheese until blended. Spread over jello and sprinkle additional pretzels on top. Chill and serve.
