1- 3 lb. sirloin tip beef roast
2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed to powder)
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. pepper corn
8 French rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Add water. soy sauce, and seasonings. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours. Remove meat from broth, slice thin
Strain broth and skim off fat (if needed).
Pour broth into small serving cups for dipping.
Serve on French rolls.
