1/2 cup diced greed onions
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 cups cold cooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet, stir-fry onions and parsley in butter for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Stir-fry 4-6 minutes or until peas are tender and rice is heated through.
