12 oz. bulk pork sausage
1/3 c. chopped green or red pepper
2 1/2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick mix
2 c. milk
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring often until no longer pink. Drain. Layer sausage, peppers, potatoes and cheese in baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended and pour over ingredients in baking dish. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes, until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
