1 lb. hamburger
1/2 C. salsa
Grated cheese
8 tortillas
Butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add the salsa when the meat is half way cooked. After meat is cooked all the way through, take a tortilla and fill it with hamburger mixture (about 1/4 cup) and roll up. Put on cookie sheet seam side down. Repeat with all tortillas. Cover all the tortillas with butter. Bake in oven until tortillas are browned. Serve with any of your Mexican favorite sides. Salsa, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Etc.
