5 lb. potato
1-2 C. mayo
Mustard-some
1 C. sweet pickle relish
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
6 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 C. vinegar
1-2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pare boil Potatoes. Cool and dice. Add chopped eggs, celery and toss lightly. Mix mayo, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar and sugar. Mix with potato mixture.
