1/2 cup of margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 or 3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup of walnuts (optional)

Directions:

pre heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Pour into a greased or non stick bread pan and bake for about 1 hour
