5 green peppers,
1 can tomato soup,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. pepper,
1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce,
Uncle Ben's Rice; 2 bags
1 chopped onion,
2 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce,
1 lb. ground beef,

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the tops of each green pepper and take out all of the seeds and stuff. Bring a big pot of water to a boil, then insert the green peppers for approximately 5 minutes. This will soften the peppers. Take the peppers out of the pot and set aside. Boil Uncle Ben's rice according to directions (2 bags). Brown 1lb. of ground beef. In a bowl, combine chopped onion, tomato soup, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice and browned ground beef. Mix together, then stuff the green peppers with the mixture. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. ***Reserve some of the tomato sauce to pour over the green peppers once they have been stuffed. You can also garnish them with mozzarella cheese.
