1 stick butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large shallow baking pan. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and beat very stiff. Fold in pecans. Spread mixture in pan over melted butter. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes. Makes approximately 1 qt.
