1 stick margarine, or butter
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
4 c. sliced fresh peaches, sweetened to taste (May use other fruit, or your favorite canned fruit pie filling)
Cool Whip for top, if desired

Directions:
In cobbler baking dish, melt margarine. In separate bowl, mix flour, milk, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the margarine. Do not stir. Add the fruit to the cobbler dish, but do not stir the mixture. Bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes, or until brown.

SO easy and SO delicious! Best served warm with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream on top.
