2 c. elbow Noodles
1 c. Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
4-6 c. Cheese (yellow or white)
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles as directed on box, drain. In a casserole dish put a single layer of noodles, salt, layer of cheese, and continue until you reach top of dish, top layer should be cheese. Combine the milk and egg, whip until well mixed. Pour the mixture over the casserole. Bake @ 350 30-60 minutes depending on how well you want the cheese browned.
