3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the packages of yellow cake mix and the lemon jello thoroughly.
Add: the oil and apricot nectar
Add: eggs, beat in one at a time
2 T. lemon juice
Pour mixture into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350 about 40-45 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.

While still hot and in the pan, glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Glaze: 1 c. powdered sugar , 1 1/2 TBLS. lemon juice. This would be thin so you could double it. The recipe did not say so I looked up glazes.

This cake is very moist. It can be frozen.

Personal Notes:
This is very good. We had this in Florida last year.
I like a lot of frosting and glazes so I would double.
