2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces( 2 breasts)
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. sliced black olives
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs, cut into quarters
1 small 6 1/2oz can of pineapple tidbits, drained(green grapes may be substituted)
1/2 c. toasted salted cashews(toast in oven)
3/4 c.miracle whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. mixed sweet pickle relish

Toss together lightly and place on lettuce leaves to serve
