2/3 c white gravy mix (Nora Mill)
1/3 c water
1/2 c water
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 pint heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/3 c water into 2/3 c gravy mix and stir until smooth. In a sauce pan bring 1/2 c water to a boil. Stir smooth gravy mix into boiling water. Continue to stir for correct consistency. You may need to add a little more water. When consistency is right, stir in parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to below boil and stir in heavy cream.
