6 hard cooked eggs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. mayo or salad dressing 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks. Then press the yolk through sieve. Combine yolks and remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. If desired, add more seasonings and salad dressing. Refill the whites with fork, spoon or pastry tube.
