For each serving, you will need
1 chicken breast
1 lime (not lime juice)
you will also need some tequila and some lime juice, and a dish to marinade. Ms. Dash for chicken or your favorite grilled chicken add-on spice can be used too.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken in the dish, adding just enough tequila - so that the liquid level is about 1/4 the height of the chicken breast. using the smallest dish possible is recommended, because you use less tequila this way.
Pour lime juice (maybe 2 ounces per chicken breast) over the top of the chicken. Let sit for 30 minutes, then flip and pour lime juice on what is now the top of the chicken. Let sit for an additional 30 minutes. If you have time, repeat the process. The longer it sits, the better. Just make sure you keep it covered and refrigerated.
Slice the limes and have them ready for when you are grilling. Sprinkle whatever grilling spice you use (provided it isn't too overpowering. The tequila taste is subtle.) and put the chicken on the grill. Place lime slices on top of the chicken. Sometimes I put shredded or sliced coconut on top of the chicken and the lime slices on top of that.
Cook to internal temperature of 140 flipping regularly, replacing the lime slices when necessary. Sometimes I pour a little tequila on the chicken while its cooking. It makes the flames come up, but i don't think it adds to the taste.

Personal Notes:
As you can see from my other recipes I don't like to use a lot of ingredients. Using booze in food is a specialty of mine, and its pretty much the only thing I use booze for... the alcohol cooks off so you don't have to worry about that.
I recommend serving this with my coconut lime rice.
