8 pork chops
1 T. vegetable oil
1 C. chopped onion
2 1# cans saurkraut
1 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops on both sides in oil in hot skillet.
Remove chops and add onion to pan, cook until tender.
Drain and rise the Kraut and stir into skillet along with the tomato sauce and brown sugar.
Put chops on top, cover and bake 45 mintues at 350 degrees.
