3 cups raw apples
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup salad oil
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour to which baking powder and soda has been added. Add nuts and apples. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes in tube pan.
