1 Stick butter
2 c apples chopped
1 c minced onion
3/4 c flour
3/4 c Astor curry powder
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t each ginger & pepper
5 c chicken broth
3 lb raw shrimp peeled & deveined
rice

crisp bacon crumbles, coconut, bananas, raisins, pineapple, chutney, nuts, chopped hard boiled eggs,

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg pot, melt butter, add apples and onion. Simmer for 10 minutes then blend in flour. Add curry powder, salt, ginger, and pepper. Slowly add chicker broth and simmer stirring constantly until thickened. Add shrimp and do not over cook. Serve over fluffly rice. Chop condiments and place in individual serving dishes.
