1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine
1 c sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:

mix all ingredients including juice from corn. Pour into greased shallow casserole (9 by 13). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
