3 (7.5 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits
3 C. shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 1/2 C. pizza sauce (divided)
1 clove garlic, pressed

Optional Ingredients: Onions, Olives, Mushrooms, Pepperoni, Ham or Sausage, Green Peppers or whatever you want to put in a pizza.

Separate biscuits and cut into quarters. Put in large bowl. Stir in 1 cup of sauce and 2 cups of cheese. Press garlic and add to biscuit mixture. Add desired optional ingredients and mix to combine. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Pour remaining sauce and cheese over the top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until sides are golden brown.
