3/4 C. sugar
5 tsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1 1/2 C. boiling water
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and clear. Stir in lemon juice and butter. Serve warm over gingerbread.
