1 square of margarine
1 onion, chopped fine
1 C. long grain rice
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can beef consommé
1 C. water
Soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in margarine and then add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 400º for 30-45 minutes.
