1 lb. ground beef 2 pkg. Oriental Ramen Noodles 2 C. water 2 C. frozen oriental vegetablle mix 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat. Season with one seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. Add water, vegetables, noodles (broken in several pieces), ginger and remaining seasoning packet. Cover and simmer 3 minutes until noodles and vegetables are tender.
