1 c. Mazola or Wesson Oil
3 eggs
3 c. Self Rising Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Apples (raw and finely diced)

Topping
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Carnation Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Milk all ingredients for cake together. bake in a greased and floured tube pan @350 for 1 hour.

Topping
Boil sugar and milk in sauce pan, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Spread over top of cake.
