"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 c finely chopped broccoli 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 2 tbsp finely chopped red pepper 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 c shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c mayo pepper
Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with a little cheese. Serve with pita chips. To make pita chips, cut pita into triangular pieces, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 mins at 350º. Don't leave them in too long or you'll burn them. (past experience)
