1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar, boil and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in milk and heat to boiling. Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm. Stir in the powdered sugar, beat until thick, dull and smooth.
