1-3/4 C flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 C sugar
1/3 C oil (I use light olive)
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 C milk
Topping:
1/4 C butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour,baking powder,salt,nutmeg,& cinnamon. Combine sugar,oil,egg,& milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill prepared muffin tins cups half full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Directly out of the oven, dip muffins in melted butter & roll the tops in a sugar/cinnamon mixture.
