6 pounds cabbage, grated
5 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups vinegar
2 Tbsp mustard seed
2 Tbsp celery seed
2 green peppers, chopped
2 stems celery, chopped
3 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over grated cabbage, celery and peppers. Let stand one hour. Drain well. Mix vinegar, sugar, water, mustard and celery seed together and bring to a boil. Pour over drained cabbage mixture. Put in bags or boxes to freeze.
