1 (17 oz) can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 egg, well-beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp canned pimento, chopped,
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add cracker crumbs, onions, pimento, salt, and dash pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
