1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2-1/2 cup blueberries
2 tsp sugar for top
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
On low speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs,one at a time and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Mash 1/2 cup of berries and stir in by hand gently. Add rest of berries whole and fold in by hand.
Grease muffin tins well with butter; be sure to grease top of pan too.
Pile mix high in each muffin tin. Sprinkle with sugar over tops.

**Jordan Marsh(now Macy's) used to sell these in their bakery....the best I've had and best I've made. They freeze very well. I sometimes make them a few days before Christmas and then take them out Christmas morning and heat up....yum!
