1 c flour
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 c chopped nuts
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
2 pk instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
3 c milk
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & chopped pecans into 8 inch square pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Beat together 8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Pour into cooled crust. Beat together 2 pks chocolate pudding mix and 3 cups milk. Pour over cheese mixture. Top with cool whip and refrigerate 3 hours or over night.
